By accessing and using this website, and by engaging our key duplication and locksmith services physically or digitally, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement.

2. Description of Services

Top Lock : Trade Counter provides local key cutting, security consultation, duplication of authorized brand keys, and the supply of hardware accessories. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Restricted Key Duplication

When duplicating restricted or high-security profiles (such as ABS, Ultion, Mul-T-Lock, etc.), we require proper authorization codes or identification cards. Top Lock Yorkshire Ltd holds the right to deny service for any restricted key copy attempt without sufficient identification to satisfy our legal and manufacturing liabilities.

4. Return and Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on precise calibration. If a duplicated key generated by us fails to effectively operate the corresponding lock through a failure of our cut, we agree to re-calibrate and re-cut a replacement free of charge upon presentation of the original and the faulty duplicate. No monetary refunds will be issued for customized duplicates.

5. Limitation of Liability

Top Lock Yorkshire Ltd shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
